Salary: $80,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with the Snowflake data platform, strong SQL development and query optimization skills, and Python scripting and automation experience.
• Knowledge of database design, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as ETL/ELT processes and data integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail, customer-service orientation, collaboration, time management, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Preferred: 3 or more years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, database administration, or data integration; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools; financial systems integration; cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS; APIs and data exchange technologies; data governance, master data management, or data quality practices; and user support in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Develop, maintain, and improve recurring operational, financial, and executive reports, dashboards, and visualizations; respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.
• Validate reports, perform quality checks, monitor business metrics, and identify trends, anomalies, and data quality issues.
• Support integrations among custodians, TAMPs, and proprietary systems; develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes; monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines.
• Document data flows, integration logic, and business rules, and work with stakeholders to understand data needs and improve processes.
• Create Python scripts and other automation solutions to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
• Support API integrations and data exchange between internal and external systems, and participate in testing, deployment, and support of BI and data integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide day-to-day BI support, manage recurring reporting schedules and data refreshes, and help users adopt BI tools and reporting solutions.
• Escalate strategic, complex, or enterprise-level issues to the Director of Business Intelligence.
• Deliver reports and dashboards accurately and on time, help improve data quality and integration reliability, and contribute to departmental priorities and projects.
