Shop Employee Fast growing custom closet and home organization company looking for an experienced woodworking professional to join our manufacturing team. The Shop Employee will work in a manufacturing environment building custom products and operating a variety of woodworking equipment. Candidates should have hands on woodworking experience and be comfortable working with power tools, machinery, and detailed measurements. Responsibilities * Operate woodworking and manufacturing equipment * Cut, assemble, and prepare materials for production * Read measurements, drawings, and work orders * Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process * Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe * Work efficiently to meet daily production goals * Assist with various manufacturing tasks as needed Qualifications * Previous woodworking or cabinet manufacturing experience required * Experience with an edge bander and sliding table saw preferred * CNC operation experience is a plus * Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow measurements * Strong attention to detail and quality * Reliable and able to work as part of a team * Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment What We Offer * Competitive pay * Benefits available * Stable, growing company * Opportunities for advancement Please only apply if you have previous woodworking or cabinet manufacturing experience.
