About the Opportunity:

Join a software development team supporting embedded, space-based applications while contributing to software testing, documentation, and Agile development processes. This role offers the opportunity to develop embedded software and test tools, participate in code reviews and unit testing, and support Jira Scrum boards through effective metrics and administration.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain embedded software for space-based applications.
• Develop software test tools using Visual Studio and other development environments.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, test reporting, and software verification activities.
• Create and maintain software development documentation and detailed software test procedures.
• Administer multiple Jira Scrum boards, including developing and maintaining metrics to support team performance and project visibility.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience
• 1-2 years of Demonstrated Agile and Jira Expertise
• 1-2 years of experience embedded software development, test and reporting.
• 1-2 years of experience in a rigorous software development environment (i.e. CMMI Level 3)
