Responsibilities

• Engage with residential customers to assess their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions
• Perform on-site assessments and basic service of residential HVAC equipment as needed
• Present and explain recommended products and services, highlighting their benefits
• Process sales agreements and related paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with customers regarding job scheduling and payment
• Generate and follow up on leads, both company-provided and self-generated, to drive business growth
• Participate in on-call rotation as required
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of field experience in residential HVAC systems
• Understanding of the operation of various residential HVAC systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and communicate basic error codes effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in layman's terms
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to build strong customer relationships
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation

Compensation

$70,000 – $125,000+ per year , based on performance and experience.
