You will audit work orders, maintain project scopes, monitor master schedules, and oversee service agreements to ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately. You will collaborate with the sales team, General Manager, and Sales Manager to coordinate purchasing needs, workforce capacity, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Throughout the day, you will analyze labor costs, monitor billing activity and cash flow, review operating procedures, and identify opportunities for improvement. You will provide logistical and technical support to technicians, maintain employee morale, and help ensure the team has the resources necessary to succeed. You will also address customer concerns, maintain strong client relationships, ensure compliance with mechanical codes and industry standards, and verify that required permits and licensing are secured when needed.
